How to book a space?

Changing room setups
Our spaces are highly versatile and can be customized to suit any setup you envision. Whatever your ideas are, we’ll do our best to bring them to life. If you have any questions or need further details, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at berlin-events@cic.com

Available equipment
We offer a wide range of in-house equipment, including conference chairs, 65” TV screens, flipcharts, whiteboards, movable wardrobes, conference tables, projectors, screens, PA systems, and decorative items like plants and sofas. If there’s something specific you need that we don’t have, we can arrange to rent it for you.

Catering options
We collaborate with our in-house caterer, COCO, whose café and restaurant are located right in our building. COCO tailors each catering experience to your unique needs, ensuring every occasion is both seamless and memorable. They can cater to any dietary needs and focus on seasonal products.
